Based in St. Louis, Mark has taught guitar and ukulele to all ages ranging all styles (pop, rock, folk, acoustic), but specializes in classical guitar.  Beginning students learn sound technique (how the hands move on the guitar), reading music, and how to effectively practice.  Intermediate and advanced students continue in good technique as well as musicality (phrasing, vibrato, voice leading, etc) and knowledge of substantial classical guitar repertoire.
