Manuel Lopez Ramos Coordination Exercises

I love these exercises plain and simple.  If you want an excellent warm up that will improve technique and facility, this is what you want.  I've even heard that Paco de Lucia would play the whole page before each concert.  If it's good enough for Paco, it's good enough for anyone. 

The purpose of these exercises is to develop finger independence.  By setting your metronome at 60bpm (playing 16th notes) and going straight into each combination, the whole thing should take exactly 18 minutes.  Demonstration and PDF is below. Have fun!
